At Plyxaronxep, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our interior greening services and products. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a return, refund, or cancellation. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for our services and products.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services. By placing an order or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.

Service Cancellations

For interior greening services, including consultations, design services, and installation projects, the following cancellation terms apply:

Consultation Services

Initial consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

Design Services

Design service packages may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if no work has commenced. Once design work has begun, cancellation fees will apply based on the percentage of work completed. If less than 25% of the design work is complete, a 25% cancellation fee applies. If between 25% and 50% is complete, a 50% cancellation fee applies. If more than 50% is complete, no refund will be issued.

Installation Projects

Installation projects may be cancelled up to 30 days before the scheduled installation date for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before installation will receive a 50% refund of deposits paid. Cancellations made less than 14 days before installation will not be eligible for any refund. Once installation has begun, cancellation is not possible and full payment is required.

Plant and Product Returns

For physical products including plants, planters, and accessories, the following return conditions apply:

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • The product has not been used, damaged, or altered
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • The return request has been approved by our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Live plants after 48 hours from delivery, unless they arrive damaged or deceased
  • Custom-made planters or containers
  • Special order items
  • Products that have been used, planted, or altered
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Condition of Returned Products

All returned products must be in resalable condition. Products that are returned damaged, used, or in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused entirely. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before processing refunds.

Live Plant Guarantee

We take great care in selecting, preparing, and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All live plants are covered by our arrival guarantee:

  • Plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of the damage must be provided
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement plant or store credit at our discretion
  • This guarantee does not cover plants that have been neglected, improperly cared for, or placed in unsuitable environments after delivery

Please note that some minor stress symptoms such as yellowing leaves or slight wilting may occur during transit. These conditions are normal and plants typically recover within 1-2 weeks with proper care. Such conditions do not qualify for returns or replacements.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone within the applicable return period
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  • Do not ship any items without prior authorization
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Ship items to the address provided in your return authorization

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you receive a return authorization number before sending any items back to us.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

For large items or installations requiring pickup, please contact us to arrange collection. Additional fees may apply for pickup services depending on the size and location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to process
  • Store credit refunds are issued immediately and never expire

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order and return items that bring your order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your preferred item.

For time-sensitive exchanges, please contact our customer service team who can assist with expediting the process when possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and no later than 48 hours after delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging if relevant
  • A description of the damage or defect

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement, providing a refund, or offering store credit. In cases of shipping damage, we may need to file a claim with the carrier and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Maintenance and Care-Related Issues

Our return policy does not cover issues arising from improper care or maintenance of plants after delivery. We provide care instructions with all plant orders and offer ongoing maintenance services for an additional fee. If you experience issues with plant care, we encourage you to contact our team for guidance and support.

Plants that deteriorate due to environmental factors such as insufficient light, over or under watering, temperature extremes, or pest infestations that occur after delivery are not eligible for returns or replacements.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how your return or refund request has been handled, please contact our customer service manager to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions for all our customers.

If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, you may have the right to pursue alternative dispute resolution methods or lodge a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
